In general, Pat, WordCamps don’t offer “sessions” from sponsors – they’re allowed (as is anyone else) to submit as speakers, given a topic of broad interest.
I would suggest looking for them during the camp though – I’m sure if someone from SendPress is attending they’d be happy to tell you about the service.
