There are about 20 questions I consistently ask most serious candidates, from philosophical \u2013 \u201cTell me about something that really frustrates you about WordPress right now\u201d- to big picture \u2013 \u201cTell me about the two fundamental hook types in WordPress, and the difference between them\u201d to granular \u2013 \u201cWhat\u2019s the best way to prevent posts in a specific category from showing up in the blog home?\u201d Sometimes there\u2019s more than one right answer, sometimes there\u2019s really one right answer. There are plenty of *really* bad answers.<\/p>\n
