Online registration closed on July 15th. However, there will be on-site registration.
On-site registration is $40, cash only and includes access to the sessions only. In other words, on-site registrants will not be offered t-shirts, Saturday lunch, nor admission to the Saturday evening afterparty.
HELP: My computer crashed and I’ve lost my ticket confirmation. Could you please re-send? I’m on the late registration list from approximately July 10. THANK YOU!
Just FYI the ticket confirmation is not an absolute requirement – we have the registered names and emails in our db. But I will look and resend your confirmation.
Can students still get a discount? Wasn’t sure if I’d be back in the city in time, but now I am and would love to go.
Yes – students can show up and pay $30 on-site as “walk-ins.” Note that walk-ins will not be served lunch, will not get a t-shirt, and cannot attend the after-party – but they can attend all the sessions Saturday and Sunday.
(Of course if we have shirts or lunches left over, we’ll waive this requirements – but for now we need to respect folks who registered early enough to be counted in the T-Shirt order and catering orders).
I didn’t print out my tickets, but I know you know I’m coming and can register on Sat. I’m bringing a friend and I’m treating. Can you please remind me of the cost, asap? Thanks, Sharon 🙂 looking forward to it.
No need to bring any printouts – we’ll have preprinted badges for all the registered attendees waiting to be picked up.
Walk-ins are $40 for access to conference sessions only; $30 for students.
Awesome, thanks! See you then 😉
I’m a registered attendee but I can’t seem to figure out how to att the extra fancy cool info (web, twitter, photo, etc) to my avatar on the attendees page. Thanks in advance for any help.
Marc – the attendees page takes the email you provided and looks it up on gravatar.
You’ll need to log in to gravatar and provide info there.
Perfect! Thanks!
Is there a discount ticket for kids? I want to bring my blogging son (age 10).
We do not have a discount rate for kids. We have a student rate at $30, which is already a steal for all the great content.
Are Sunday walk ins welcome? I was unable to attend on SAT.
Thx,
Phil
Yes, we will be taking walk in registration today.
The WordCamp badges were really great. Can you remind me who created them? I believe it was mentioned during the opening comments but it’s not on the badge anywhere.
Thanks!
The creative design was by 3Thought , but the idea of a badge/program combo built from an 8.5×11 sheet folded in quarters came from Drupal Design Camp Boston 2011 – I volunteered there in June.
